Few days ago I visited Thakurnagar, a small town just 20mins away from my home town Bongaon. Thakurnagar is a well known place for the famous Thakur Family. Every year hundred of thousands of disciples visit here during the "Thakurnagar Mela."
I am from Andaman and my all documents are issued andaman address but at present I am staying in thakurnagar then can I apply for the learning license??
